Advent and Hanukkah
This past Sunday (almost a week ago!) Rachel joined me in celebrating Hanukkah (using the tiny menorah Heath gave me - it uses birthday candle-sized candles!) and the second week of advent. There is something rather special about candlelight. We had a wonderful time saying the Hanukkah prayers, and singing Christmas carols.

Um, I want a menorah! :) At my house, though, there's too high a risk of lighting the whole house on fire, haha! :)
